The order form or signed agreement may include terms that differ from this standard policy. Those written terms take priority.
Free trials
A free trial does not create a paid charge unless the customer separately accepts a paid subscription or order. Trial data and access may be removed after the trial period according to operational and retention rules.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees pay for access during the purchased billing period. Unless a written offer states otherwise, fees for an activated billing period are generally non-refundable once service access has been provided.
Cancellation and non-renewal
Customers may request cancellation or non-renewal by contacting info@easyrentpro.com. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Possible refund exceptions
A refund or credit may be considered when there is a verified duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a charge after a timely confirmed cancellation, or a material failure to provide the purchased service that cannot reasonably be corrected.
Setup and implementation work
Setup, migration, customization, training, and professional-service fees cover work performed and are generally non-refundable once the work has started. Unused work may be handled according to the specific proposal or order form.
How to request a billing review
Email info@easyrentpro.com with the account name, invoice number, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not email full payment-card details.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where practicable. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.
